We've been playing silly-buggers with creativity for a decade or so but that's about to come to an end. 

We've sat for hours and watched ads drone on till our titties twitch and we've suffered other ads that shoulda had titties (both male and female) but instead, we got tootsies and thongs.

So here's the challenge.
